The following change has been committed for this bug by

We want while read file; do ... done, not xargs
This will teach me to just take code from bug reports without
thinking. Unfortunately, I added two dummy modules to my config (I do not
use modules), so there was no error with objcopy; and I only looked at
the second module to see if it was stripped :-(
