Hi! From reading the sources and such, it looks like rebuilding evolution against the new version will make it work. This points towards a broken abi, as Adeodato mentions in the bug report. by uploading a package with the same package name and a higher version, you basically promise that all existing applications will continue running smoothly without rebuilding. If rebuilding evolution against the new sqlite3, there is more grounds to think that the bug adeodato filed against sqlite3 is right, and that this is just a even more subtle case of http://bugs.debian.org:80/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=478337 /Sune -- How can I do for removing the mailer?
