Even purging and installing the package from scratch did not install the symlinks. So I decided to check what happens when doing a manual installation using Debian Installer. I installed a 'Standard system' with tasksel, then manually installed am-utils and got the same result: no symlinks and, after a reboot, no amd process. BTW: This bug also affects at least i386 systems. Michael -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
