Sure - sorry for the delay. People Upgrading from Etch to Lenny will hit this bug, which is *very* annoying in large installations. Rewriting the rules as suggested in the bugreport will result in an insane length of cfservd.conf. As this will probably break most installations during upgrade, I think rising the severity to important or higher is warranted.
