Package: bzr Version: 1.13~rc1-1 Severity: normal Quite often when using a shell I will press <Enter> one or more times to clear some visual space from the previous command output. This works in most shells because an empty commandline is a null operation; it returns immediately to the prompt.
The ‘bzr shell’ currently does not behave the same way; instead, an empty command line is interpreted as “repeat the last command line, whatever it was”. This leads to frustration at minimum, and sometimes disaster if the command should not be repeated.
