Hi Giridhar, I'm sorry, but I'm currently not able to reproduce this bug with axel-kapt. The programs runs without excessive memory usage, and needs the exact same time for downloading as the command line program axel. The only problem I'm having here is that the newly opened terminal window does not display the program's output (which seems unrelated here).
