Yes. The script that imports the Ubuntu bugs is running piatti.debian.org, together with UDD. But other services are running on piatti (BTS mirror, piuparts.debian.org), and piatti is currently completely overloaded. I've started to discuss with DSA the possibility to move UDD to another host.
