citadel-webcit comes with a strict dependency on citadel-common (= 7.43-1), which results in unnecessary pain if you want to binNMU citadel-common or just install a test build with a different revision. I'd suggest to use something like citadel-common (>= 7.43), citadel-common (<< 7.44) as dependency.
