Package: grub-ieee1275 Version: 1.96+20090317-1 Severity: important The latest version of GRUB works a lot better than previously out of the box, but I've found the following regression:
jo...@horta:~$ sudo update-grub Generating grub.cfg ... No suitable backend could be found for gfxterm. Due to this, no grub.cfg is generated. For now, I've just worked around this simply replacing the exit 1 with an exit 0 so the script continues building the config file. This should be special-cased for PPC as long as gfxterm doesn't work on this architecture.
