Package: sonata
Version: 1.5.3-2
Severity: important

As sonata depends on both python>=2.4 and python2.4, installing sonata
on unstable :
- makes aptitude install python2.4 and python2.4-minimal, which should be
  useless
- makes sonata unusable, as it does not start, complaining that gtk is not
  found (as it is located in 2.5 libs, not 2.4)

As a workaround, I installed it by downloading the package, installing
all dependancies but python2.4 and installing sonata with :
$ sudo dpkg -i --force-depends sonata_1.5.3-2_all.deb
Then, change the first line in /usr/bin/sonata to use python instead of
python2.4. Dirty, but efficient. At least shows that the python2.4
dependancy is probably useless.
