If this policy change has affected the fact that a FvwmConsole window is not being reported as such, then at least pass "-class FvwmConsole" to xterm; or is that a policy violation as well? If not, that's the ""proper"" fix to satisfy how the Style would match in FVWM, and keep Debian policy happy at the same time.
