There is none afaik. It gets discussed regularily in the "OpenOffice.org Engineering Steering Committee" (see http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/ESC_dashboard) and ooo-build has a prototype for split builds, butu it's nothing else - it's yet quite hacky and would cause some bugs afaik also in r-deps of OOo so we don't use that yet.
