sorry for the long delay, but I'm not at home right now and only rarely online. Now to the problem at hand: I guess I can submit it there but I'm not sure it is accepted. First of all, we have certain standard translations the German translators in Debian have agreed on and I'm not sure they are the same for all translation projects. Maybe it would be best, that you just use this translation and if it should be outdated sometime in the future you'll get a updated translation from the German translation team within Debian. If you feel that it is essential to get this translation upstream, than you're free to do that. Right now, I can't submit it anywhere else and right now I'd appreciate if my translation would be picked up in Debian. But feel free to do whatever you want with the report in the BTS.
