While I don't like logging this bug on this package, it seems a
good idea to have the discussion tracked on the BTS; and to have
it show up in apt-listbugs when people install mmpong-gl.

Which is caused by a bug in libcegui:
#425983 Looks for development symlinks of optional libraries
Package: cegui-mk2
Package "smc" also uses that library; and in response to the
first of these two added a dependency on the -dev package.

#454679 smc: binary package should not depend on *-dev packages
