Ok so compositing is enabled in Xorg.

I seem to recall there was problem with neomagic driver.

Could you try:

1) to remove compositing in xorg:

Section "Extensions"
        Option "Composite" "Enable"
EndSection

2) to use vesa driver instead of neomagic

Do both things independently, and retry back.
