Package: approx Version: 3.5-1 Severity: normal I have some packages:
# ls -1 audacious-dbg* audacious-dbg_1.5.1-3_amd64.deb audacious-dbg_1.5.1-3_i386.deb I am trying to import these using approx-import: # sudo -u approx approx-import -v audacious-dbg_1.5.1-3_i386.deb # sudo -u approx approx-import -v audacious-dbg_1.5.1-3_amd64.deb No messages returned, despite the verbose mode (-v), just complete silence. And no packages were in fact imported: # ls /var/cache/approx/debian/pool/main/a/audacious/audacious-dbg* ls: cannot access /var/cache/approx/debian/pool/main/a/audacious/audacious-dbg*: No such file or directory The packages are available (at the time of writing) here: http://packages.debian.org/lenny/audacious-dbg But the problem isn't specific to these particular packages. Any package with has -dbg in its name also, silently fails to be imported. --- System information. --- Architecture: amd64 Kernel: Linux 2.6.28-rm Debian Release: 5.0 500 stable apt-proxy.i4 --- Package information. --- Depends (Version) | Installed ========================-+-============ libc6 (>= 2.7-1) | 2.7-18 libpcre3 (>= 7.7) | 7.8-2 libwrap0 (>= 7.6-4~) | 7.6.q-16 lsb-base (>= 3.1) | 3.2-20 adduser | 3.110 bzip2 | 1.0.5-1 curl | 7.18.2-8 -- With respect, Roman -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
