Maybe investigate if you have some time, because the cause explaining
bad speed between you and ftp.nl.d.o may imply bad speed between your
mirror and Debian users somewhere in NL.

BTW, you can safely remove
http://debian.mirror.cambrium.nl/debian-non-US/ which is deprecated for
a long time.
