Fix commited to Hg confirmed to solve the issue, for those needing an immediate workaround, download the new version of 15-av_scanners from hg.debian.org:
wget 'http://hg.debian.org/hg/amavisd-new/head?cmd=file;file=debian/etc/conf.d/15-av_scanners;filenode=2ad9b5348a23162a851f1de025ed2bd157757d44;style=raw' And move it to /etc/amavis/conf.d/15-av_scanners.
