Probably just because no one reviewed your response yet. :) I'm no suspend/resume guru, but the messages from your kernel make this look like a problem at the kernel level or lower (e.g., broken hardware). I'm not sure how to debug this further without consulting upstream. As for which upstream... when you say you are using uswsusp2, does that mean TuxOnIce?
