Package: autofs Version: 4.1.4-4 Severity: normal With the recent update to autofs/unstable, autofs now starts at level 19 (just before NIS, also at 19). This fixes 252114 but breaks NIS automounting (as noted in the discussion of 163116, autofs really needs to start between 19 and 20, nis scripts need to be split, or something). On boot, mounts listed in NIS automount maps aren't present.
Fixed locally by reverting the startup precedence. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (700, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.11-5mgd-p4-smp Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Versions of packages autofs depends on: ii debconf 1.4.51 Debian configuration management sy ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-22 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii ucf 1.18 Update Configuration File: preserv Versions of packages autofs recommends: hi nfs-common 1:1.0.7-3 NFS support files common to client -- debconf information: autofs/upgrade-from-broken-version: -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
