I am trying to use pear to install phpdocumentor (using the command pear install -R debian/phpdocumentor package.xml), which yields the following error: requires package `Archive_Tar' >= 1.1 PhpDocumentor: Dependencies failed This is obviously incorrect, as pear list indicates that Archive_Tar is at version 1.1 (and the Tar.php file itself claims to be at version 1.13.4.8). This severely limits my ability to use pear to properly install phpdocumentor.
