Package: ftp.debian.org

As can be seen at http://bugs.debian.org/w3-el-e21, the w3-el
package has been accumulating bugs over time that make it less
and less useful for real-world bug browsing. Some of these bugs,
it seems to me, would require an active upstream developer to
fix, but w3-el is unmaintained upstream, to the point that there
has been no new release since 2001.

w3m-el is a more usable alternative web browser for Emacs.

Please remove w3-el from the archive.

There is some discussion of w3-el removal in Bug#506725.

Also: once w3-el is removed, there is no longer any need for the
w3-url package, an Emacs library in the same situation as w3-el,
and whose sole reverse dependency is w3-el. (If I need to file a
separate removal request for w3-url, let me know.)

Thank you!
