I have made fckeditor "Recommends" only. Also, there's a patch to disable GUI editor button if fckeditor isn't installed. (If I find a clean way to disable GUI editor button when fckeditor isn't available as /moin_static182/applets/FCKeditor/fckeditor.js, then I would remove this behaviour). That's committed in git.
