I'm in the process of splitting it up and submitting it upstream. I analysed the ps-output and found the problem in your file. The line [0.0000000 0.0000000] 0.0000000 setdash is not conforming to the ps-standard. It should read [ ] 0.0000000 setdash During creation of the file, did you change the settings of the line? The svg is properly exported to ps and displayed in gv, if I remove the "stroke-dasharray:0.0000000 0.0000000; " item from the <path d> Element in your svg.
