Hi all, about usb-modeswitch: * The -1 version actually in NEW does effectively not contain any udev rules. * I prepared a -2 version [0] which builds a udev rules file from the configuration file at build time. * This .rules files is really a simple linear file, which lists all the possibilities. * From what I have tested with my device, it works. :) about ozerocdoff: * From what I have seen, it is particular to the "Option" devices, where usb_modeswitch is more generic (this is not a comment on the intrinsinc quality). * The provided .rules is much smarter. I think that both projects should coexist if they have non-overlapping uses.
