It seems you perform 2 syncs a day, but with times that implies 9 hours
pass before an update on the primary server reach your own server (6
hours between ftp.debian.sk and you).

In order to improve this (we now have 4 updates per day), the best
method is to setup push mirroring. That means ftp.debian.sk may tell
your mirror as  soon as you can start the update, so that the 6 hours is
reduced to the minumum value.

This push mirroring method is described at
http://debian.org/mirrors/push_mirroring it uses ssh keys and need
cooperation between you and the admin of ftp.debian.sk, whose I gave you
the contact above.
