Package: udev
Version: 0.125-7
Severity: normal

'/etc/udev/rules.d/91-permissions.rules' uses the following groups which
aren't present on my lenny or etch boxes:

    fuse
    kvm
    nvram
    rdma
    scanner
    tss

On systems that are configured to get account information from LDAP, the
lack of these groups causes a large number of log messages to be printed
and a significant delay in booting the system. Here's an example of the
log messages:

udevd[640]: nss_ldap: could not connect to any LDAP server as (null) - Can't con
tact LDAP server

Thanks for your help,

Rupert
