Package: backuppc
Version: 3.1.0-4
Severity: normal

Hi.

Upgrading from etch to lenny leads to the following problem :
Errors were encountered while processing:
 backuppc
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
A package failed to install. Trying to recover:
Setting up backuppc (3.1.0-4) ...
Module cgi already enabled
Starting backuppc...2009-02-19 15:41:06 $Conf{PingPath} = '/bin/ping' is not a
valid executable program
invoke-rc.d: initscript backuppc, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error processing backuppc (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 backuppc

Maybe this check shouldn't be blocking ?

Dunno why this is a problem anyway.

Thanks in advance for tyour help.

Best regards,
