Hi Bernd Meanwhile I have upgraded another computer to lenny and did not run into this problem. So it indeed seems not to be a general problem, thus downgrading the severity is ok.
Also as this problem did not appear again I'm afraid I cannot give you more information about it. So maybe leave this bug open for a few weeks and see if anybody else encounters the problem?
