Bug#515764: coreutils: date's -d option misbehaves if parameters like "+N hours"/"+N secs" provided with base date

I will update the documentation in the next version to mention that you should never use any of the natural language features.
My only suggestion is to try different syntaxes until you find something that works. I will not try to explain any observed behavior.
