When you stop or restart the alsasound service /etc/init.d/alsasound restart lxpanel close... but if you start again lxpanel and you make the same, lxpanel doesn't close...i think is a problem with volume control. Thanks! -- Maximiliano Augusto Castañón Araneda Santiago, Chile Linux user # 394821
