It seems you either use anonftpsync or plain rsync.

Are you pushed from cdimage.debian.org ?
You should have a look at http://debian.org/CD/mirroring#jigdomirror
that allows you to build the ISO using your local mirror (less bandwidth
consummed, and so ISO mirror updated more quickly)
