Package: xserver-xorg Version: 1:7.4~5 Severity: normal I have no need for packages that have no other function than make a system harder to configure and to understand. HAL is one of those. Since X works perfectly fine without (after adding Option "AutoAddDevices" "off") I'd like to be able to uninstall hal.
