${stampdir} is a configurable directory with dpatch, 
and dpatch-edit-patch does not know about it.


I propose to 
1. remove or deprecate --stampdir option from dpatch,
  and add a warning
        or
2. add --stampdir to dpatch-edit-patch.
  (this will be a cumbersome interface)



Or just go back to --clean as default.
