Yep, you are right, we shouldn't mention jdk 1.3

Also, jdk1.4 from blackdown is not really unstable. If you want, you can
also install IBM's or Sun's JDK (1.4, I'm not sure Sun's JDK1.5 will
work with tomcat4).

FYI, I'm working on tomcat5...
