Yes, this is the problem: I updates libcegui-mk2-1 and now smc works well!
$ dpkg -l|grep cegui
ii libcegui-mk2-1
0.6.1-1 Crazy Eddie's GUI (libraries)
ii libcegui-mk2-dev
0.6.1-1 Crazy Eddie's GUI (development files)
I think you should put libcegui-mk2-1
<http://packages.debian.org/sid/libcegui-mk2-dev>(>= 0.6.1-1) as dependency.
