Where else than at dh_strip is nostrip relevant? And dh_strip
itself honours nostrip:
# This variable can be used to turn off stripping (see Policy).

exit;
}
> and noopt options.
How would you implement nostrip in the packages? make patch.apply in
ooo-build, change the values, continue? Some other solution?
That part is wontfix.
