This file is included with the name "ExifTool_config" in the perl
distribution. I'm not sure where it should live in the debian
package, so I'll leave this up to the maintainer. If the ".args"
files are included in the debian package, this should probably go in
the same spot. If the ".args" files aren't included, maybe they
should be.
