Package: boinc-manager Version: 6.2.18-1 Severity: normal Hello, I got some WUs with deadline set to Jan 30 there were still in elaboration, but the project didn't grant no credit since overdued. So a lot of cpu time was wasted instead of producing results.
I think the expected behaviour is to abort a WU if the current time is > then deadline time. A more advanced policy is to abort a WU that has current_time + remaining_time > deadline_time Thanks, Sandro -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.25-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages boinc-manager depends on: ii libc6 2.7-16 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libstdc++6 4.3.3-3 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libwxbase2.8-0 2.8.7.1-1.1 wxBase library (runtime) - non-GUI ii libwxgtk2.8-0 2.8.7.1-1.1 wxWidgets Cross-platform C++ GUI t Versions of packages boinc-manager recommends: ii boinc-client 6.2.18-1 core client for the BOINC distribu boinc-manager suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
