I've just downgraded texlive-latex-base from version 2007.dfsg.1-5 to version 2007.dfsg.1-4. Immediately after, I restarted my usual upgrade with aptitude. When, apt-listbugs was invoked to query the BTS about texlive-latex-base, it correctly showed: Retrieving bug reports... Done Parsing Found/Fixed information... Done serious bugs of texlive-latex-base (2007.dfsg.1-4 -> 2007.dfsg.1-5) <pending> #483217 - texlive-latex-base: Files by Donald Arseneau: Lacking license statement, or nosell and such Summary: texlive-latex-base(1 bug) Are you sure you want to install/upgrade the above packages? [Y/n/?/...] I replied Y and upgraded again to version 2007.dfsg.1-5. In other words: the issue really seems to be fixed on the BTS !!! :-) I repeat: it seems to be fixed !!! :-))) Don, thank you very much for taking care of this!
