Package: libdevmapper1.01 Version: 2:1.01.00-4 Severity: important System fails to boot after upgrading from libdevmapper1.01 2:1.01.00-4 to libdevmapper1.01 2:1.01.03-1 (Custom Kernel 2.6.11). Downgrading to 1.01.00-4 solves the problem. There is no error for unencrypted partitions, but the /dev/mapper/crypt_xy could not be initialised due to an incompatibility. I am looking for a more detailed error description.
