Running setxkbmap it,se -rules xorg -model pc104 -option '' -option grp:shifts_toggle,compose:menu,lv3:rwin_switch -print | xkbcomp -xkb - - produces a more reasonably-looking output, though, so I think it's more likely this is a bug in the X server than in xkb-data. Reassigning. It would be nice if you could test with a newer version of the X server at some point to see if this got fixed.
