The bugs.debian.org psuedopackage is for reporting bugs against the bug tracking system, not for bugs in parts of Debian. I believe you're reporting an error in fast-user-switch-applet, so I've reassigned it to fast-user-switch-applet, though I could be mistaken. Regardless, in the futuree, if you could expend a bit of effort to figure out which package a bug should be filed against, that would be ideal.
