Could you try to get a backtrace as described here: http://wiki.debian.org/HowToGetABacktrace
You may just need to run "ulimit -c unlimited" to enable coredumps, then run /usr/lib/xscreensaver/cyclone and wait for a coredump, then run "gdb --core=core /usr/lib/xscreensaver/cyclone" -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
