This is a known problem. The issue is that with the recent xorg that are available in testing/lenny the libvnc.so make the X server crash. The problem is that the ABI has been changed and the vnc sources are too hard to change to make a vnc lib. The workaround is to use x11vnc instead. Not as fast, but it works.
