FTR, when Lenny arrives, the current version of emdebian-tools will be uploaded to unstable but will have to spend some time in NEW so there will still be one last upload to Emdebian (containing all the changes contained in the version waiting in NEW) in the 1.4 series before 1.5.0 becomes available in Debian. 1.5.0 will then be allowed to migrate into testing (unless critical bugs arise) with a new 1.5.x series being uploaded to Emdebian before 1.6.0 hits Debian.
