Strange. I'm not having the issue anymore. Did you restart gkrellm after upgrading the plugin? Which station ID do you use? You can also try to exit gkrellm and then rm -rf ~/.wmWeatherReports in case there are any corrupt files there, or some file permission issues. The directory sould be created again automatically the next time you start gkrellm.
