it would be nice if you could upgrade to 2.5.7. Unrelated to that, I've packaged 2.5.7 some time before when yours was still stuck in NEW. I think that the packaging of mine is better/cleaner than yours in a couple of aspects. You can have a look at it at: http://git.debian.net/?p=debian-restricted/modsecurity-apache.git and can be cloned with git clone git://git.debian.net/git/debian-restricted/modsecurity-apache.git or do you want me to fill bugs/send diffs against yours? or, if you feel completely different, you can also ignore it (I wouldn't feel offended).
