After shutting down the domU no more warnings occur, even when messing
around at the dom0 command line.
Ah, that's not true. Simply running something like:
while [ 1 ]; do echo foo; done
will trigger the skb_gso_segment immediately.
I don't exclude hardware failure, as this box also has been having
disk-related problems last week.
