Package: hellanzb Version: 0.13-3 Severity: normal Hellanzb does not keep the maxrate setting into account. When I change the maxrate by using the xml-rpc call (ie. hellanzb maxrate 150), hellanzb does not change the download rate accordingly. The value is recorded in the application, because requesting the current maxrate set (hellanzb maxrate) returns the previously set value.
